Liability, Health & Safety

Liability Waiver & Release of ClaimsGymnastics carries inherent risk; guardians accept that risk and release NCGA from liability.

Unapproved & Unsupervised Gym UseUsing the gym without staff supervision is prohibited and is not covered by NCGA.

COVID-19We follow CDC guidelines; entering the facility means accepting exposure risk.

Illness / Sick ChildFever of 100°+, green drainage, cough, vomiting or diarrhea means stay home.

Enrollment & Tuition

Registration FeeAn annual registration/anniversary fee is required and is non-refundable.

Enrollment & ProrationEnroll any time of the month — your first month is prorated.

Drop ProcedureEmail written notice by the 1st of the month to end enrollment at month-end.

Recreational Tuition PolicyStatements email on the 15th, cards charge on the 20th, prepaid monthly.

Recreational Make-Up PolicyOne make-up per month in open gym; report absences by email within 24 hours.

Team & Academic Tuition PolicyStatements around the 25th, charged the 1st; $25 late fee after the 5th.

Competitive Team Expenses (CTE)CTE monies are non-refundable; outstanding balances are charged if an athlete leaves early.

Planned ClosuresHoliday closures are already built into annual tuition — no make-ups.

Unforeseen Class ClosuresIf we close unexpectedly, an account make-up is issued and is good for 2 months.

Camp Cancellation & Refund PolicyCancel in writing 30+ days out for credit; refunds less a $25 fee, subject to approval.

Billing & Payments

Billing AuthorizationAn active payment card on file is required; chargebacks are treated as a breach of contract.

Recurring Payment AuthorizationRecurring charges continue until you revoke authorization; opt out in your portal.

Returns, Refunds & CancellationsAll sales are final; missed classes are covered by the make-up policy, not refunds.

Account CreditsCase-by-case for injury, relocation or bereavement; credits expire after 1 year.

Discounts10% sibling and 10% military discounts — one discount per family.

Scholarship PolicyPartner scholarships available; requires a card on file and good communication.

In the Gym

General Policies: Arrival, Attendance, Behavior & AttireArrive 5–10 minutes early, dress for the gym, and pick up on time.

Drugs, Alcohol & TobaccoProhibited within 50 feet of our buildings.

SafeSportNo child is left alone with an adult; our staff are mandated reporters.

Spectator PolicySpectators stay outside the training area and keep noise low.

Visitor PolicyOnly authorized guardians and caregivers may enter; ID may be requested.

Open Gym ExpectationsGuardians supervise preschool-age open gym; current approved policies required.

Level PlacementPlan on one level per year, with ongoing and quarterly formal evaluations.

Media & Inclusion

Media ReleasePermission for photos and video of your child in NCGA promotion.

Special Needs PolicyAll children are welcome; an aide or participating guardian is required.
